Submission Guidelines

The material submitted must be original and the work of the author.
Each entrant agrees not to submit any contribution that (1) infringes any third party’s proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, privacy, publicity, or conﬁdentiality obligations; and (2) otherwise violates any applicable law.
Therefore, ASAP also reserves the right to reconsider or not publish submissions that have received acceptance for publication if in due course, before the realization of the publishing date, any new information about any form of violation of the above comes to light. If we are alerted to claims of plagiarism after the publication of your submission, and if the plagiarism is verified, we reserve the right to remove your submission from our platform.
As each submission is linked to an image or a set of images, we encourage you to seek appropriate permissions and credits for their use on our platform and social media.
All submissions may be given a title and should be accompanied by a short written statement (in English, or any other language) describing the submission.

POST SELECTION

All applications will receive a response within four weeks of submission. Please wait for the passage of four weeks before enquiring about the status of your submission.

While the copyright of all work submitted remains with the respective writers, the writer grants ASAP a license to reproduce representative examples of the submissions in any of their publications, websites, and/or in any promotional material, strictly in connection with the platform and with due credit to the writer.
